My Transformation

My mission is to educate, empower and inspire people on their journey to health and fitness.  I’m dedicated to providing you with current and relevant information on fitness, nutrition and supplementation.  My commitment is to give you with the highest standard of customer service and personal attention.  This isn’t a “one size” fits all program—everyone is unique and it’s my intention to help design a program that meets your specific needs and goals.

Since I was a teenager I’ve had an interest in health and fitness, but my weight and fitness level have fluctuated over the years.  Throughout the 90’s as a father with three young children and a busy work schedule my fitness level really began to suffer and I added weight and lost muscle mass.  My highest weight was near 180 lbs. and my percent bodyfat was hovering around 20%.  On January 1, 2000 I decided to make a change and began my first transformation.  After 24 weeks of dedication to exercise and nutrition I dropped my bodyfat from 20% to 8% and my weight went from near 180 lbs. to 158 lbs.  I also gained muscle mass through the weight training resulting in a real fat loss of more than 25 lbs.


My weight and fitness level has fluctuated since 2000, but never to unhealthy levels. Now at nearly 47 years old my bodyfat is in the single digits!  I’ve learned a lot over the last 10 years about the science of weight loss and training.  In 2009 I decided to pursue a Personal Fitness Trainer Certification from AFAA.  Since receiving my certification I’ve worked with many clients to help them with their own transformations.  Using my transformation experience and years of commitment to health and fitness, it’s my desire to help you on your journey through this on-line nutrition and exercise coaching program!
